One thing that could be done is some states would be to re-register people in other jurisdictions and have their registration struck from their actual address.

It could be a way to swing a vote. Have a fake vote under your name in a new jurisdiction, then you have to vote provisional and prove that you did not vote in the new jurisdiction.

My daughter, military spouse, has been registered in NC since 1999. Our house is her address of record with the military. Without any notification she was struck from the voter rolls because they said it is policy to do so when someone requests an absentee ballot 2 times. Our County GOP Chair had never heard of this policy and is looking into it with state attorneys. Our daughter has reregisterd and will be voting. Lucky we found it, some inner instinct told my husband to check our family registrations and that’s how he found our daughter had been dropped.
