Film clip of NBC program MEET THE PRESS via Breitbart. Ted Koppel is asked if race is a factor in the presidential election. (He has just written a book "The Last Lynching") He says events in the last 3 days show a considerable amount of racism. He featurs an audio clip of a man saying that those voting for Barack, not for his stance on issues, but simply because he is black is a step backward for our country. Koppel then explains that the person who said that had served 20 years in prison as a KKK member convicted of lynching a black man. So I guess we better not hold Barack to normal standards (character, issues) lest we be too similar in mind to a convicted KKK murderer? Other anchors pitch in with a female anchor noting that according to a study, Barack (if white) should be 6 points higher in the polls. The clip is short, worth watching, but absurd.
Obama along with the msm can really play that race card for all its worth.
I forgot to add that in the clip, Koppel stresses that Obama has really done all he can to make sure RACE IS NOT A TOPIC OF THE CAMPAIGN!!! With lesser emphasis, Koppel acknowledges McCain’s efforts to avoid making race an issue.
They would love to make it about race... but the passion isn’t the ‘60’s anymore... sorry Obie...get over it.
Melting pot... strength of this country...success of the USA... It works, it’s real, multi-culturalism tried to destroy us, but ultimately it will not. It cannot.
Our kids grow up together, bond together, play sports, eat pizza, do homework, gossip, fight, but love each other and nothing Obie can do or say will change the fact that Americans blend and grow together. All races, all religions, all economic classes... so bite me Obama.

If Obama were white he would not even be in this race. A white freshman U.S. Senator with no legislative accomplishments would never run for president. Never have beaten the Clinton machine. Period.

I find it interesting that a former member of the KKK and Martin Luther King, Jr. would have agreed on this issue.
Of course voting for someone purely based on race is a step backward for our country. Doesn't matter if you are voting for the person solely because they are white or solely because they are black.
The media was not so happy with Clarence Thomas, who was black, and still says nothing about how JOE BIDEN lied in his questioning in proclaiming that Mr. Thomas sought an activist roll for the court. He questioned Mr. Thomas at the confirmation hearings using a redacted quote out of context omitting the subsequent two sentences that totally reject the notion of an activist court.
