STATE OF THE CAMPAIGN .....
vanity | 10/19/08 | cherry

Posted on 10/19/2008 6:10:07 PM PDT by cherry

my first vanity ever.....

I would like some confirmation of the present McPalin campaign....

I live in a no-fly zone apparently and we get no ads here...

ARE there McPalin ads?.

..are they effective?.

..where are they being run,if anywhere?..

...Do we have 527's and are they doing anything?....

who deserves more money right now for good work..

..which pac or the Rnc or the compliance fund..???.

.

if we had some sense of where we are, maybe some needs could get filled....

lets brainstorm.....

Don’t know, but Rush is PO by Powell. Can’t wait to hear him tomorrow.

Fly over country here and no McCain ads at all. But, I rarely watch the 3 major networks unless I’m watching sports so there could be some playing there during other times of the day.

Obama has tons of money probably from middle eastern credit cards donating $25 or so.

McCain/RNC are holding their fire until the last two weeks. I watch very little TV. I was at a place for a sandwich tonight and I think I saw a 527 ad against Obama. They was the PRes chair in the oval office and it said Obama has no experience for the job or something to that effect. I did not hear every word. It was okay.

I am in FL. I have the radio on sometimes and Obama is running radio ads. One has teachers talking about how wonderful Obama is.

I like in the Kansas City area and Missouri is in play. Yes there are McCain Palin ads being run, but not as many as Obama ads. The ads seem fine, whether they are effective remains to be seen. I’ve seen ads run on McCain’s behalf by the Republican National Committee but I don’t recall any 527 ads for either candidate.

a lot of people just got their absentee ballots....here in Washington and Oregon, I think ALL of us get absentee...

so McCain needs to remember that....

if he needs more money, then some of us will give more...but I'd like to think my middle income contribution is going to the RIGHT place...

how about the "Let Freedom Ring" ads?...are they playing anywhere other than the internet?

Here’s a little something you all can have free. Pass it around or use it making YouTube adds.

It’s a little something I created. No O!

The Let Freedom Ring ads are great but I do not know where they are playing. I heard they had at least $5 million and were targeting battleground states. I do not watch TV except once in a blue moon.

I’m not seeing anything but “That One” ads here in Arizona. The individual running for my district in the House has tied herself to Sarah Palin with her commercials. I hope she can win. The idiot she is running against has all of her ads being paid for by Howie Dean’s white boy DNC comrades and those ads are really ugly.

I’m sick of obama adds. I keep my tuner handy and flip to another channel every time one of his adds come on. I can’t stand that man. And his adds are making me dislike him even more. Never thought that possible but it is.

http://www.ourcountrydeservesbetter.com/ is a pac that seems to be making a real effort now. But they need money to succeed of course.

I don’t know what’s going on, but the McCain/RNC adds here in PA seem to have hit a lull, haven’t seen many in the last few days.

If there is a major ad buy happening, hope to see it soon

I live in Cherry Hill, NJ (about 15 miles from philly). From the little that I have watched tv, I’ve seen several obama ads and only a few McCain ads. The McCain ads are okay, but not as hard hitting or direct as I would have liked. I like the ads at neverfindout.org, but have not seen any them on tv.

Last month there were TONS of his ads running in VA. I really don't watch much TV, generally Hallmark, HGTV, some TBS and late night Lifetime and Nick at Night. Sometimes there were back to back ads.

I've also heard "American Issues Project" ads and they were fantastic. I may have heard some of the "Let Freedom Ring" ads, but I just can't remember.

In GA - ltd ads from RNC. In OH - many RNC ads. FL - many RNC ads. neverfindout is also doing ads in BG states. Mom in OH hasn’t seen one yet, but she’s physically ill from monitoring MSM. Brother in law in FL says RNC is dominate. Call Orlando, Columbus, Tampa, and Tallahassee Rep offices to ask.
