I have a nasty feeling the idea is to string this out until Nancy Pelosi can be the arbiter of this issue. [It is the House which handles a conflict in the presidential election at the presentation of electoral votes, so the democrats can steal the election even if Obama is not Constitutionally qualified. He ignored the human rights defined in the Constitution for just born alive children as a means to protect the left’s precious Roe v Wade, so he doesn’t feel restrained by the Constitution.]
I certainly don’t expect a legal home run at this late hour. It should be solved politically. People should know that this man is hiding his qualification to run from the public.
