Never thought I would root for the Phillies, but you are right! Go Phillies.
Just the reason we need Game 6... to annoy sports fans with 10 channels of Obama on when they want to watch baseball.

Have been thinking the same thing all weekend. Don’t like the Phillies, but it kills Obama’s ratings.
But on the other hand, who is watching the World Series anyway? I don’t think that many people care this year.

I have been rooting for the Phillies (cannot beieve I am doing that) ever since some of the Rays went on stage with Obama for his event in Tampa. That did it for me! This would an added bonus!

People need to be made to see his arrogance by having them pre-empt the World Series...we need a game six. Then they’ll think, okay, I’ll switch while he’s on and find him on NBC, CBS, ABC and really be mad.
I heard on a documentary (about Game Shows) that years ago, the Newlywed Game premiered with the highest ratings of any game show in history. Why, because on the other two competing stations, Robert McNamara was giving a speech, and people just wanted to get away from politics so they tuned into the station that wasn’t running the McNamara speech.
Same thing if he’s on Wednesday, folks will try to get away from it, and won’t be able to....that should disgust a few viewers.
That was my first thought.
Let the Rays sacrifice for America. Especially since some of their players appeared at a rally for the O.

I was originally rooting for the Rays, but then those 3 players had to come out and support Obambi. So then I changed sides and started rooting for the Phillies. This just makes it easier for me.

Keep in mind that Pennsylvania is in play for McCain and Obama most of PA will be watching that game if it goes to game 6 as well as Florida. We don’t need him having a half hour informercial of lies right before a game for people who wouldn’t listen to him otherwise.
Also, Game 6 wasn’t postponed a half an hour.. more like 5 to 10 minutes for OBAMA. I still think THAT is ridiculous.
