Why is Obama running a 30 minute special and McCain is not?

Can someone tell me why McCain is not buying prime time television? Why is Obama? Isn't the Republican Party able to buy/afford to purchase McCain's message for prime time?
Does anyone know?
Sort of angry about this. I think it will give Obama an unfair advantage.

I’ve been asking the question, “Where ARE the wealthy Republicans, the conservative leaders with clout” who can finance counter-responses?
And someone answered that the wealthy Republicans with clout are afraid of being tagged racists.
I just shake my head.

Who can we email at the McCain camp about this?! I’m 100% for McCain but I think he has a crappy campaign team. Their ads have been lacking and scarce. They seriously need to step it up and QUICK!!!!!!!!!
