I recall your group driving up to the hotel the night before.

I'm here. I flew down Saturday morning from Newark. There are pictures of me somewhere with Drudge and another with the lovely Miss Coulter. It was a great event. I had to race back a bit early for a Halloween party that evening.

We left right after the party at the AIA building that evening...made it back in time for the Packer game. I may not have stayed awake for the whole game, however.

One of my life’s proudest moments—I was there.
Drove solo from NJ because I had to be with folks against Bubba.
I still remember walking over a rise at the Washington Monument and seeing 4,000 like minded Americans.
Just wow!
A few weeks before, I followed a link from DrudgeReport to FR.
And I remember a very young Ann Coulter speaking there.

I met one of my favorite posters at the meet and greet the night before, OWK aka OneWhoKnows, haven’t seen him around in ages.

I took the train from NJ to DC that day and it was an awesome event! I will never forget all the speakers and freepers.

That was a great moment, pulling up in front of the Exclesior and the entire hotel dumped into the street to greet us. My two kids were with me and they thought I was a rock star...for about three more years, anyway.

That wasn’t me though one of our convoy was if I remember. I believe I was driving a Nissan Maxima at the time.

I (a different screen name then) decided three days before the event to fly from the state of Washington to the MFJ. I carried the State of Washington flag. I’m in the bottom picture of page 19 at the link holding the green flag near the front.

I also remember meeting a Freeper who actually used his real first and last name as his screen name. He shall remain nameless here.
To: SeaHawkFan
Great, I carried the Wisconsin flag in the opening ceremony.

I was wearing a Roche Harbor sweatshirt that a couple of Washington women noticed while there...my wife and I used to live aboard our sailboat up in the San Juans for four years.

Blu attended. Proudly carried the Marine Corps flag (Semper FI) down the hill during the opening program portion. Looking thru some of the pictures of the event ... no pictures of moi. However, I do have the t-shirt ... I was there. A lurker for a couple of months prior to the March for Justice ... I signed on officially November 3, 1998.
Ten years Monday.
