The Age of Unbelieveing

We’ve come to an Age of Unbelieving
Where all the magic’s gone out of the world
No more do the Good Folk
Dance in the Hollow Hills
No more the banshee’s song
Echoes lamentatious trills…

All thanks to that fiend Newton
And that dreadful man Voltaire
The Headless Horseman no longer rides-
All Dragons have retreated to their lairs.

In the day and age of Ipods
Of hybrid SUV’s
Of computer graphic systems
With Intel Celeron D
Hi-tech toys every Christmas
Outdated as they’re new
We are lost in an Age of Unbelieving
If things aren’t tangible they can’t be true!
