The fact is, people are mesmerized by Barack Obama. If they weren’t, he would not be where he is, because he is simply unqualified.
Obama is not the guy that you take down personally. There have been many many legitimate criticisms of Obama as a candidate, even as an American! None have stuck, and not for a lack of effort on our part.
Of course you have the right to disagree with me, but I have resigned myself to the belief that going after Obama personally (at least for now) is futile.
Our country is at a very dangerous point. We NEED to make a strong case now more than ever before, and I think that there are more efficient ways of accomplishing this.
Wow. You just keep digging deeper. Conservatives are not attacking him personally. That would be akin to calling him Chimpy, warmonger, a murderer, a drunk, an idiot, a draft dodger etc. You know, the kind of crap you see at Kos, DU and HuffPost all the time. No, when I call Obama a liar, a Marxist or evil, I am fully prepared to back my statements up with facts rather than emotions. That's just another thing that separates us from them.
Marxists like Obama can't tell you what they really believe in or what they want to do. They'd never get enough votes to win much of anything. Our side loses to them too often because we do exactly what you're suggesting in your vanity. Only when we expose them for what they truly are, and offer effective alternatives, will we begin to win again. McCain will never learn that lesson because he's too busy trying to forge alliances and reach out to the people that hate him. Until you finally realize that your opponents hate you, you will not defeat them. You can't reason with these crazy leftists; you can only defeat them. Playing beanbag with them for fear we might offend someone is a sure path to defeat.
The reason people are mesmerized by him and we are not able to attack him personally is because he has no personality, is a good speaker saying nothing, and people can’t figure it out. He is a mirage, a puppet, but they don’t know it yet. There is a ventriloquist behind the scenes, but until we find out who it is, people will continue to listen to the music of the pied-piper.
