You can make your own instant eggs. Scramble eggs, then you can put them in a food dehydrator. Store them in a glass jar in a cool dark place. Add water to rehydrate or add to baking ingredient’s . I have tried this and it works. :)

After dehydrating do you have to vacuum seal the jar?
