I stop time on occasion, in order to grab a cubic centimeter of chance.

Things were a lot more like they used to be than they are now.

It is gorgeous here on the Texas Gulf Coast in Lake Jackson. Nice and cool and sunny and dry. California weather without the smog and gangs and traffic! Come on down and visit! Our lawn chairs beckon! Hubby mowed the lawn today and now he is waxing my Caddy. Picking up our youngest son at Houston airport today at 5, he is flying home for Turkey Days, from Calif. He travels by jet. Other kids are heading home next week, son and his wife. Daughter and her fiance. LIFE IS SO GOOD.

I wonder about time travel if it is possible. I listen to COAST TO COAST at night and most of the people there believe in time travel.

IF it WERE possible I would love to meet my great grandmother and also my uncle who is still MIA in WWII and several others who passed before I got to meet them.

Well, I have decided that I am really just Yvonne’s imaginary friend. My mother keeps telling me things about my childhood that are not true. (I have the photos, I have the proof LOL) So I decided that I am not real. So I told Yvonne that I am really just her imaginary friend. That is why I cast no reflection in the mirror, I thought it was because I was a vampire. LOL So the good thing is, since I am not real, I am imaginary, I do not have to have OBAMA as MY president! That makes me very happy! That is my reality. LOL

Ahh, thanks for the invite. We have 5 more months of winter to go in the cold Northeast.

I said that I always move forward and people can’t help but, look back.

That’s OK. I miss a lot of folks too and hope to see the blessed ones some day as well.

Again, thanks for the invite.

I've already planned ahead for just such a contingency. I'll tell my wife this:

"Honey, as of this moment forward for the rest of my life, you'll be the youngest woman I've ever made love to. Thank you so much for giving me this opportunity."

Think it'll work?

Well we have had beautiful weather since Sept 14. That pesky IKE blew through here on Sept 13. We had no damage to our house or trees or garage or cars and only got 2.5 inches of rain, so it was only a wind and tree event here. And our trees are mostly live oaks so they did just fine. But it is like California weather here, so if this is global warming, like our Houston radio host said last week, BRING IT ON!

It has been sunny, dry, cool, low humidity, low dew point.

Sounds to me like you’re trying to crawl out of the black hole you’ve dug for yourself.
