Where is the Executive Branch on the Birth Certificate issue?
12/08/2008 | The Anti-One

I'm at a loss. Is President Bush in the tank for Obama? Does he not realize that he, the commander in chief, swore an oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States?
Why is he NOT spearheading the move to get to the bottom of Obama's Birth Certificate issue if he is NOT part of a conspiracy to destroy our society and make us all a part of his daddies "New World Order?"

Please. Help me out here.
Is President Bush really so vane and worried about his own legacy that he won't do what is right or will he go down as the last great liberal to let the Supreme Court decide America's fate.

What good is electing a leader that purportedly defends us and our Constitution abroad if he is letting our enemies destroy both the Constitution and us from within?

Inquiring minds want to know.

Givin us the bird just as his daddy did when he sign those tax increases. I can still hear bush sr. on C-Span when he was signing them, "Well, you all didn't give me a Republican congress. What choice do I have."

Much as I hate to say it Clinton showed him "what choices" he had. He could have been a man and stood his ground just as bush jr. could be a man and use the power we gave him to do the job we sent him there to do.
DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION!

You posted that "We, the people, are the ones that will say how we will be governed." The people decided. There might be good arguments for SCOTUS to hear the case, but the "will of the people" argument isn't one.

VAIN, not vane, they are two different words.

If you're trying to fix FR's grammar, it's a vein effort.

Don’t all members of the three branches of government do the same thing? Yet, all are silent. There is something very ominous taking place in the ranks of our national leadership. Perhaps they have disbanded and left the American people to their own fate.

It’s not an issue...it never was and never will be. It’s a pipe dream and the people pushing it are starting to look like wild eyed maniacs. There’s no way in hell any court in this country will do anything to get in the way of BO’s inauguration. 64 million Americans voted for him. He won. Get over it! He WILL be president.

Sadly so. It’s more of a tension/frustration release for me to blast that... I usually let most grammar mistakes go if I can reasonably decode the intended communication. (Unintelligible, or gross-to-the-point-of-twisting-meanings is another story.)

that document has outlived it’s usefulness...

Unfortunately, you are right, the Constitution is no longer taken seriously and the Justices are merely playing a language game and taking home their fat checks. I guess that is the situation for most everyone in this alternative PC world.

If you have your doubts about ‘trickle down economics’, how do you like ‘trickle down dictatorship’?

There might be good arguments for SCOTUS to hear the case,...

For example the fact that Obama is NOT a Natural Born Citizen

... but the "will of the people" argument isn't one.

It would be if the president "We the People" elected did his friggin job and did his job to protect and defend the Constitution he SWORE to protect and defend.

I know I shouldn't have to say this but context is important.

They did not vote for a qualified candidate. Obama should have never been allowed onto the ballot. 64 million people did NOT vote for Obama. They voted against McCain.

Employ the Justice Department to check out the case and see if there are in fact criminal activities taking place or not. He is their boss.

It’s time to get over it, spare me the constitutional arguments, that document has outlived it’s usefulness it would appear as well.

If I owned this place, you'd be out the door for making that statement.

I'm not. The corrupt "Two-Party Cartel" is owned by the elites who comprise the CFR/Trilateralist/ Illuminate. They have instilled a Shadow Government were nonelected bureaucrats run the show, where a SC is no longer a fixture of a Constitution but part of the oligarchy. This nation is a sophisticated Banana Republic. Just as we say we have a free press. You tell me what's free or fair about it. Who do you think kept Barry's birth certificate out of the news & where was our so called conservative radio hosts?
