As stated above, this is the last update of Firefox version 2.0 and was released only to fix a critical security issue.
Firefox Version 3.0.5 is the newest Mozilla/Firefox browser with version 3.1 rumored to be released in the next 30-45 days (January 2009).

Users are advised to update to version 3.0.5 of Firefox, which was released Tuesday. They are also advised to update to version 2.0.0.19 of Thunderbird and version 1.1.14 of SeaMonkey.

BUT....BUT....
I thought Firefox was supposed to be absolutely perfect?
I'm surprised that the Microsoft bashing crowd has not blamed I.E. for the problem yet.
