I did read Kitty's post about her situation also! Guess we who have this fast speed just can't imagine how it is without it. I should know if anyone does. When I was first on dial-up, I use to complain all the time about the slowness. And one day 'my computer son' came up and said "Mama, how do you stand this dial-up....we've got to get you changed over." And we did....and I was in shock when I first used the faster speed. So I shouldn't forget HOW IT WAS! Not fun, for sure! Sending smiley daisies for you two!

Gotta get busy for a while! ~smile~

Those Daisies are Cute, Jaycee! Thank you! : )

I Forgot to Mention that my Internet Satellite Connection has a Mandatory "Threshold" of How Many Videos you are Allowed to Download; we Went over that Threshold within the First Few Months of Installation and Received an Email from them Threatening to Turn us Down to Dial-Up Speed. After that, I Upgraded the Package, and have Learned through Trial and Error How Many Vids I can Watch without Going Over the Threshold.

The Satellite doesn't Work when it's Raining, and One Time when the Modem Went Out, it Took 3 Tries to Get them to Come Here and Replace it; the Satellite didn't Work for about a Month and a Half, but we were Charged for Usage Anyway.

The Satellite's Price is Expensive and the Service Mediocre. :( I Read a List of Complaints once on the Internet, and one Guy said they Turned him Down to Half of Dial-Up Speed after he Went over the Threshold, and then they never would Change it Back. After that, I have Always Watched my P's and Q's Carefully, Monitoring my Usage Religiously to Avoid a Similar Fate. :(
