Ed Hale of Plains Radio has secured a copy of the Dunham/Obama divorce decree as promised. He has registered this at the courthouse and has turned the document over to lawyers who are reported to be happy and enthused over the contents.
This is the first page. This is all that can be divulged at this time as those who have seen the decree are sworn to silence. You may hear information about it tonight on Ed's plainsradio show.
I routinely fill public records, but it appears that this is off-limits since Hawaii limits divorce records to relatives and those involved.
However, since this is a legal document, it could be eligible for FOI under the legal heading.
What don’t you get about “NEW INFORMATION” being made available. This is an ongoing drama, new facts are being uncovered continuously. There are some that haven’t seen the light of day yet, who knows what is yet to be uncovered. This is not about old data that someone is rehashing. This is “NEW INFORMATION”.
So go back to trying to sweep it under the rug, it’s not going to work.

I think Ed Hale is a raving maniac. But his zeal may be what has put him in possession of this decree, doubt that place of birth is mentioned though.

Just relating what Ed said on the chat board
Hey I am in the central time zone and you will be getting the show a whole hour before I do ... mind posting what they say? That way I don’t have to tune in at 8 and will know eveything ahead of eveybody else! Kewl Huh?
Okay, we’ll see... (and I said that for Korir, too, at the time..., I didn’t believe him, but I followed it..)
And I don’t mind listening to what one has to present that may be useful. That’s fine. But, it’s just *got to get somewhere* — instead of going on and on and on — and never seeing any results...
And, of course, by results I do mean something that will be effective in a court of law and that will accomplish something to keep Obama out of office — which has to be by January 20th. I think we’re running out of time, though...
I could be wrong, but it was my understanding that he will discuss the findings in the divorce decree tonight on his show with a lawyer who is suing Obama.

With over 160 people on, it’s hard to catch some of the info, but I think Ed said he’d be discussing the info in the decree with lawyers who are suing BO.

Okay, I’ll let you know how I usually operate, if that will help you...

Now, first off, I’m not posting to “jam” communications. You can’t do that on these threads. I mean, when I see another thread (that I’m not on..., by the way) where the posts are 6,000 to 7,000 (on Obama) — no..., I’m not “jamming” this... :-)
Secondly, here is where some of the M.O. comes into play, a methodology that I just happen to do (nothing much more than that...). I will do one of two things in Free Republic (and always have done this from the beginning) — there will be a certain number of threads where there are only one or two or three comments — and then, there will be some threads where I’m on it for one comment after another after another.
There are various subjects where I do the one kind of posting, and other subjects where I do the other (and there are *several* different subject areas, by the way).
Now, this type of thread, where I’ll post one after the other, I’ll be mainly (and at first) replying to various other posters and what their ideas are, and then, perhaps posting to the initial one who put the thread up.
After that, there are usually a whole bunch of replies — of which I’ll try (as diligently as possible) to go one after the other and answer them all. And I do try to answer them all. Sometimes I don’t, but I do try.
Now, that’s not jamming communications, but simply engaging in conversation with as many as possible, and as they also reply back. There’s nothing more sinister than what a “board” is about — and that’s about it...

Now..., that presumes that I’ve got a “covert mission”. You think that there is some kind of grand conspiracy here (which seems to run in the minds of a lot of posters who are on this subject for some reason). I’ll say, and very simply, I’m posting from my own views and my own attitudes — and those views and attitudes come from what you see on my home page (that forms the *basis* for most of it), which *includes* getting into the *truth of the matter* regardless of what it means.
And so, even though I was campaigning hard against Obama, before the election (with those around me) and I have no desire to see what he’ll probably try to do, including the values he has which are against mine — I’ll still say what I see is the truth of the matter here — and that includes with Obama, too.
The truth of the matter is that no one has any proof regarding his failure (the allegation) to qualify for the office of President of the United States. Many people are trying, but they don’t seem to produce anything. That’s the truth of the matter.
Now, me saying that — is somehow — said to mean that I don’t support the Constitution. Well, no..., it just means that there is a loophole there big enough to drive a “big Obama” through... LOL.. that’s all...
And no one seems to recognize that. And furthermore, Obama isn’t required to show any more than any previous Presidents showed, so I don’t know how one is going to *get more* out of him - if it wasn’t the case with previous Presidents.
Well..., that is the way I see it — and therefore — that will be the way I “type it”...
How great is your desire, or your need, to try as hard as you possibly can to convince people that Obama is a natural born citizen?
That is, if you were to rate the magnitude of this desire of yours on a scale of 1 to 10, what would it be?
Yep, this whole thing has the same stench as the Vietnamese selling monkey bones to the grieving relatives of MIAs, and passing them off as ‘genuine remains’.
Well..., I keep going through this with MHGinTN over and over again.
He first asked the Admin Moderator to not have me post to him. SO..., he posts something to me, so I couldn’t reply. Then when I asked him and the Admin Moderator if we were “talking” once again — but he doesn’t communicate anymore — therefore I’m prevented from answering...
So, I can’t even talk or go over anything with him, because of his own request... LOL...
But, the additional problem I had, earlier than that — was that because I didn’t see the Obama Qualification issue the way he did — he couldn’t stop calling me names all the time, so it was next to impossible to write anything back without being called a whole slew of names — which didn’t contribute to any “communication”
And there you go — it’s sort of impossible to reply or say anything back. I would if I could... but.. what can I say...., can’t do it... LOL...
