You seem to be reading more into my post then what was written.

I say that what you have posted on Arthur shows that this issue is someting that Americans have cared about before and that it is a good thing. Back then American’s may not have had the resolve and resources that we do today so today may be different (or do you not agree?)

I applaud those who are fighting the good fight on these issues of ‘natural born” and “Kenyan birth” and I do not for an istance believe that the case you posted on poses any ‘incovienant truth’ at all but simplypoints out that this has ben an important issue in the past as well.

Well, I’ve never said that it’s not a Constitutional requirement — but I am saying that another President did not meet the Constitutional requirements — and thus I’m wondering if he can *still* be considered “President” even though he never met those requirements.

And I’m also wondering what happened with all that legislation that he signed?

Now, whatever happened with him, in history, will tell us what will happen with Obama (history tells the story)...
