The shaving might have been harmless...telling the kids not to tell though...
kids should be taught that when they are told not to tell their parents something,then they should tell mom and dad immediately.

This teacher was using this "strategy" or "exercise" to recognize which students are easily manipulated and targeted.
I'm sure he has serious bad motives if this little experiment worked
