Like him or not, I offer prayers for Patrick Swayze who has pneumonia and is battling pancreatic cancer.
A friend of mine tells me that the Petipaws (grinder) works, but leaves snags on the nails. Another friend tells me that the Petipaws is better than clippers, and that it does leave snags if you aren’t very careful.
Since I don’t have a dog anymore, I haven’t tried it myself, so I’m handing out hearsay.
Nope, I didn’t see it; but I heard the moon can be seen at its largest tonight, and I believe it. It’s gigantic.

The moon was beautiful last night with it’s huge circle of clouds. This morning it is just as beautiful with a gentle layer of cirus clouds helping it show off.

The **** gradually stopped by 4 yesterday, and never resumed, thank goodness. The plows finally arrived on the street last night, and now my husband is going out to fix the end of the driveway.
We're really not getting the good threads posted so much on the other side, IMO...Utah Girl, Raven, and some others whose names escape me were excellent at this...the decline started about 2 years ago....

It's about 52 degrees here with fog you could cut with a knife. The wildlife seems to like it. Deer in the back yard...they know hunting season is over.

FOX AND FRIENDS, NEVER miss them EXCEPT on weekends or when the ‘regulars’ are not on. Fox has a thing about finding some ‘not so hot’ reporters, saving money I reckon. Just me I reckon.
Started ‘sucking up’ to son in law about painting my ‘shack in the back’ and putting on a tin roof, the ole place is really fading from weather wear but, like I have always said, it is what is on the inside that counts. I have my entire past hanging on the walls, police stuff, family pictures, nick knacks on a shelf around the ceiling but could throw them out as my past is really in my heart, so full of joy and love. It is kind of like the fella that just graduated from college and was going back to his home in England by ship when it started taking on water. The Captain walked up and down the deck telling his staff ‘throw everything overboard’, grabbed the young fellows trunk and the kid yell out, NO not my trunk, my entire education is in that trunk’!
Reckon I had better go and start my ‘prepping’ to get ready for church, I have to go over and watch the two boys while the kids get ready.
All have a good day, a safe one and if I could only put into words how much pleasure each and every one of you gives to me. I am truly blessed.
