I can't tell if this is Eber's idea of "creative writing" or if he really believes that.

What year did Nixon resign? There is some sort of secret government (I base this on a conversation I had with my former government teacher that was also a part time state trooper that had a little incident), but, why would he call it Nixon't secret government if he was involved years AFTER Nixon resigned?
