Remember the WTC, Pentagon and Flight 93!
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid says the porkulus vote could come on Tuesday. Please, continue to call and email your senators, freepers.
It is being reported that the peanut plant knew their product was contaminated.
Good morning, lysie.
Good morning. Me gusto los huevos rancheros.
I heard no cracking of the dawn, but here I am, ready to chow down on that breakfast, lysie!
Why is it, 2/3s, that some of us get up so early when we'd druther be snoozing an extra hour or two?
Of course, getting up early to escape the stimulus nightmares only to wake up to a worse one is not any better.
Changing Shelley's Ode to the Lark a bit here: "Hail to thee, Great ONE! Messiah thou never wert."
tagline change

Of course, getting up early to escape the stimulus nightmares only to wake up to a worse one is not too good either.
Changing Percy Shelley's "Ode to the Lark" a bit here: "Hail to thee, Great ONE! Messiah thou never wert."
Starting early making mistake of posting twice...shoulda STAYED in bed. LOL
LOL! It may be for me, that I am usually pretty wide awake after I get up. Not so in the evening after working all day. Actually, I got 8 hours' sleep and am going to have a nap after I chow down a breakfast fitting for lysie to post. I guess some of us are just morning people by nature.
Saw your post on the last thread about movie rentals. Also, like your new tagline very much! I’ll miss the old one, but this one is very accurate.
I’ll bring the old one back from time-to-time. I was just hoping for a change.
Good morning to you. That was good news for your daughter. I am so happy for all y’all.
Is today a day off for you or is your project deadline requiring some Saturday work, too?
t's not FAIR if you don't do as I say.
(Can you tell that I am literally FED UP w/all of them in DC?)
Elaine and her family are estatic over the good news. Thank you for being happy for us too.
P.S. Is it difficult to get a supply of your favorite drink..Diet Coke...where you are?
I have a stash of 29 right now and I'm drinking them down at the rate of one per day. When I get to 10 left I'll go to every other day and when I'm down to 5 I'll switch to every third day. Hopefully, the "drought" will be long over by then.
We go through this type of thing fairly regularly. It is a semi-annual, more-or-less, occurance. The explanation is kinda convoluted but here goes. I think that the supplier here gets a large shipment about twice a year. The groceries buy from that until the warehouse is out. Then the supplier orders more. Meanwhile the stores are selling what they still have in stock, but once it is gone, it is gone. There is no more until the shipment comes in again.
FWIW, the cargo ship comes in on a Friday and it is usually 3 or 4 days later before supplies are out on shelves. Crisco is another product which gets treatment like this.
Good morning. I took went to get coffee and load the dishwasher.
You WHAT??!!! Read that sentence again, LOL!
I was unpacking and placing stuff in their correct cubby holes for later and I came across your splendid gift of those advent candles. Thank you for sending them. I have two years of candles left and I think of you whenever I see them.
Ha! Took went...LOL...I didn’t have my coffee at that post time. I crack myself up sometimes. LOL
