Oh Jem, I don't think you remember me posting thoughts from my friend who works in security in Washington, D.C. Right before the election we were talking about the security issues of the up and coming ingnauration. She commented to me there was trouble finding enough securit guards/agents to cover all of the events O had been to in the past and it continued then. the agents were fearful of a possible attack on O; more so than they had experienced in the past.

Prairiebreeze and I discussed this recently and we agree that while neither of us welcomes harm to another human being, we wish for a way to stop him from harming us and ours.

The porkulus bill is just the happy birthday on the cake as my best friend likes to say.

I don’t know about the future. I would not be the instrument to do him physical harm, but if there is someone who does, I would have a very difficult time being sad. I could be on a jury and find a murderer, anyone’s murderer guilty, though.

How’s that for being double-minded?
