Is it really that they don't know? How about they are too self-absorbed or mind-numbed by telvision and the media to put two and two together. It's pretty convenient for the sheeple to forget about the Killing Fields, the desperate Boat People refugees etc. and swallow the pablum of all the anti-Vietnam sentiments propagated hy the left and media at the time. Yet, how blind can people be??
I hope you can see that I'm not disagreeing with you NY. Just expanding on your thought....
Good evening BTW, everybody.
I am going to try explaining my concerns about the health-care rationing provisions that were rammed through the "stimulus" bill without public discussion to a group tomorrow.
Wish me luck. Actually, say if prayer for me if you are so inclined.
'Night all.
Good night everyone.
The media never made a big deal out of it. If it weren't for the movie, The Killing Fields, I suspect far less would know anything about it.
More people know who's competing in American Idol than know who's Secretary of State. (As much as I find Hillary lacking in qualifications.) The same mentality exists in calling the Iraq War President Bush's war. How many resolutions did we go through, and who voted for the war?
Good luck in your quests on expanding some other minds on health care rationing. Again how can any thinking person think that government health care can be a good thing? Have they been to a DMV lately?!
Good Morning!
