LOL! I’m thinking that tomorrow we’ll have a light chicken salad. We eat a lot of chicken around here. Yes, there is bird flu. But, if you wash your hands and keep your kitchen clean AND cook the meat thoroughly, you don’t need to worry about bird flu.
