OMG, kindred spirits on the thread, I'm so happy! I feel so outnumbered tonight. Loved the show, love Adam. He's such a cool combination of my favorite '70s music and pop culture. The show tonight was the best finale ever, for me;) My DIL and I were just floored, it was so cool. I can forgive Kris Boring (wife? what wife?) winning after this show tonight. I mean, seriously, KISS, the Pink song, the Black Eyed Peas, Cyndi Lauper, Santana, Lionel Ritchie, and Rod Stewart in the same show? Fabulous! Amazing! The winner was like an afterthought. When Adam goes out on his own tour I am so there, and when he stars in Phantom of the Opera I'm there with bells on, baby! Or should I say, a red velvet bow tie?

The strangest thing to me about others’ reactions to Adam? That some seem to believe that Adam had some sort of ego on the show. I disagree completely. Adam was extremely kind to his peers, guests and the judges. Adam was always out front giving praise to others.
