In my counseling days - I have heard the same questions - why does God allow rape, child abuse, abortion, etc. Why doesn’t He intervene?

As I prayed to be able to give an answer to these questions - I came to this answer:

Man does have a choice to choose good or evil.

It is not God’s choice that anyone should perish - therefore - it is also Not His choice that people do wicked things against other humans.

Then - I also felt that God was saying to me-

I left you with this Great Commission: that you be my representative on this earth when I am gone.

Therefore, WE are His hands and His feet.

We ARE His voice!

If we do not speak for those who cannot speak - we have not done our commission.

If we do not help those who are needing help - we have not done His commission.

And if we do not go where He wants to send us - we are rebellious - And Not done His commission.

Proverbs 24:10-12
If you faint in the day of adversity, your strength is small.

Rescue those who are being taken away to death; hold back those who are stumbling to the slaughter.

If you say, “Behold, we did not know this,” does not He who weighs the heart perceive it?

Does not He who keeps watch over your soul know it, and will He not requite man according to his work?

Beautiful post! BRAVO! Could not agree more. I felt a bit of conviction in what you said because I know I could do more for the kingdom. Especially in the attitude realm. Too easy to do as the world does... not an excuse for Christians. We are called to be salt and light.
