We need suggestions for good solid rock n roll (preferrably American) songs to upload onto our sound system for the opening and ending of the Apr. 18 Bucks County Tea Party in Upper Makefield, Pennsylvania.
Steppenwolf's "Ride With Me" and "It's Never Too Late" are two good choices, but we need more.
Any help?
Tom Petty - American Girl
“Don’t Tread On Me”
-Metallica
Jimi Hendrix - Star Spangled Banner
Man of Peace by Bob Dylan
Man of Peace by Bob Dylan
Bam! You nailed it.
Not exactly a rock/roll number but the following has a good beat and by a good US citizen promoter.
Charlie Daniels
“The South’s gonna do it again”
It is FANTASTIC and all tea parties are authorized to use it!!!
Pass it on to one and all
PS: As an aside (and bonus y'all can use to "bitch slap" any far-left moonbats, like, WHORE-aldo-Rivera who claims this is somehow a "RACIST" movement) Lloyd is an African American
A song for Obozo would be “Highway to Hell”
There is an added chorus with the Beatles singing "Anybody got a bit of money? Anybody got a bit of money? Anybody got a bit of money?" in place of the regional references to members of British goverment.
Harrison was inspired to write "Taxman" when he discovered how much he was earning after accounting for taxes. As Harrison said, "'Taxman' was when I first realised that even though we had started earning money, we were actually giving most of it away in taxes. It was and still is typical."

Which also brings to mind the Spinal Tap song:
(Why don't you come right out and say) "GIMME SOME MONEY"
-
Also, James Brown's "I Don't Want Nobody To Give Me Nothing, Open Up The Door I'll Get It Myself"
PING
Get up Stand Up For Your Rights. Anyone remember this 60’s song?
“Taking Care of Business”
