i think he just did it to test out his constitutional rights and if you’ve got nothing to hide you’ll be fine
but i salute this guy...he shouldn’t have to get searched without any sort of real reasoning...i mean people have lives and don’t want to deal with a search
i’m glad he won this battle and i mean the patrol officer said he had no rights...these guys don’t know the law a lot of the times...you guys give way too much respect to the badge they are just regular guys a lot of the time

and a badge tends to create situations where those in power abuse their power
from time to time its on us the citizens to remind them of our rights
remember ultimate power corrupts and a lot of these guys simply are stewards of the state simply funneling in revenue and abusing folks for nothing

"...officer said he had no rights...these guys dont know the law a lot of the times..." He had rights that's why the border patrol agents ultimately let him go the knew They had no probable cause, they even admitted it!
