Honorable decent cops don’t do to a man what they did to him. WHY?? He is driving home from working late in San Diego..70 miles out of Yuma headed for Phoenix on interstate 8. 9:30-9:45
He is stopped...asked where he was coming from, where he was going, what does he do for a living, and they wanted to search the car.

4th and 5th amendment??? No probable cause...no warrant...just DO what we say. AN AMERICAN..not a mexican...AN AMERICAN!!
He didn’t have to answer their questions about his personal life!! He had a right NOT TO answer those questions. They had no right to search his personal property without a warrant! He wasn’t speeding, he wasn’t drunk, he was driving home from work!!
YOU would have complied with whatever they wanted because you would not have had the balls to stand up for your “Bill of Rights” which is EXACTLY the same as his. WHEN does it become necessary to stand for our Constitution or our Bill of Rights??? WHAT has to happen before we finally do it!!
WHEN does a man get the ok and approval from the public to do that?
