Wow, Souix City has a virtually non-existent crime rate. I remember when we went there about 15 years ago, the front page was worried about the recent “Crime Spree”. Someone was busting windows out in cars in downtown area. Not stealing anything, just busting the windows. We were like, wow, that’s a crime spree?
