At least Nebraska still has a death penalty and continues to use the electric chair. I would expect this guy’s conviction for capital murder to come very quickly. Sadly his execution will be delayed for years by appeals.

That’s just for US citizens. We don’t execute Mexico’s citizens....can’t have them ticked off, don’t ya know.

Actually we do NOT have the electric chair anymore, It was ruled unconstitutional in the last few years. However, we will have "lethal injections". So, I suppose there is a chance he could get that.....but don't hold your breath....
