He’s not God, but the thing that makes me think he might be the anti-Christ is what you say: “He is a southside Chicago politician who, by great good fortune, managed to get to the White House.”

Nobody outside of Chicago had ever even heard of Obama before (well, other than a brief appearance at the DNC when Gore was running). How the heck did a nobody like him end up, not only in the White House, but running all over the world claiming to be its leader, not only political but spiritual - and BEING ACCEPTED AS SUCH to great acclaim?

It makes absolutely no sense.

"It makes absolutely no sense."

He's a construct of the MSM; a made for TV movie; a docudrama; a movie prop...an empty suit. Carefully packaged, given a teleprompter, special effects, and Hollywood backdrops the American public went for the bread and circus with wild abandon. Barakus Maximus, "all fame is fleeting, and glory short-lived."

Yep!

He certainly holds himself in higher esteem that Jesus. I don't think even Hitler thought he was a messiah.

In a normal man, such self-esteem would make him a laughingstock, but Obama believes he can pull it off and has induced his followers to drink the kool-aid. He obviously believes himself to be "the savior of mankind"!

IMHO, it is b/c in this world there are extraordinarily rich men to whom money means nothing, but power means everything. Some of these play "the Great Game" for sinister reasons, others b/c they simply can -- both like schoolboys who pull the wings off of butterflies.
