I was just looking at that. I imagine he is in custody. I know the story sounds ridiculous and it probably is, but stranger things have happened. What would really be weird is if the seller used someone else’s account of hacked into it. Happens ALL the time in Ebay.

I use to sell on ebay and I also thought about this guys site being hacked..paypal accounts get hacked also...When I was selling, I never let me paypal account go over 100 dollars...everything over that was electronically transfered to a special account I set up at the bank just for deposits from paypal..Didn't want to use my regular account..

I got this response from the seller:

Hi, the Obama birth certificate auction is up again. Ebay pulled it two hours ago. They thought that maybe someone had gained access to my account being that the auction was atypical. The new auction ID number is 160344928067. Thank you and I apologize for the inconvenience. Colmado_Naranja

VERY STRANGE—I was just bidding on the item at E-Bay, the certificate got up to $10,030.00 then suddenly the item was gone. Completly removed with no traces of bidding. The item has been scrubbed.
