I'm sure it could be a deal-breaker. But, in fairness, they had made quite a few concessions before it got to that point, so we're not pushing it. They're paying most all the closing costs, agreed to fix everything else on the list, and agreed to sell it for well under the appraised value. The main reason I posted this was just to highlight their hypocrisy on the environmental issue -- not to whine. I know we can walk if we want to.
