At the hearing today at the Federal Court building in Santa Ana, Judge Carter reportedly said the following: 1. There will be a trial. 2. It will be heard on the merits. 3. Nothing will be dismissed on proceedural issues. 4. The trial will be expeditious, and the judge pledged to give case priority. 5. Being a former Marine he realizes the importance of having a Constitutionally qualified POTUS/CINC. 6. Judge stated that if Obama isn't Constitutionally qualifed he needs to leave the White House.

THIS is the important part, folks...

An Officer’s oath is to the CONSTITUTION, not to the President.

An unlawful leader cannot give a lawful order. And the Nurenburg trials set precedent in that an Officer can be held personally liable for following unlawful orders.

The USSC could rule him ineligible...and declare either the 2008 election invalid (Pelosi stands as POTUS until new election could be held) OR declares Biden POTUS.

Should Obama refuse to step down, the USSC cold ask the US Army to remove him...and then we'd be just like Honduras:)

I hope we can get some confirmation. I heard a hearing and then this mentions a trial. I have been burned by Plains Radio before. I am not sure Orly is the right person to argue the case. Is there another lawyer? She is passionate but can be emotional. Not a good thing when you are standing in front of a judge.

Zero does seem to resemble Frank more than BHO. You'd think that with a father THAT dark that zero would have ended up darker - however where did he get those purple lips?

Still, why would zero's mother name a fake father? Was Davis married at the time? Also, would the Kenyan relatives be claiming he was born in Africa if BHO was a fake father? And zero went over there to campaign with his “cousin”.

If you throw out that zero looks more like Davis then it seems more logical that BHO is his father. I wonder if we'll ever find out.

Yep. Should be an easy thing to prove. I think its worse than that. I think he's the son of a famous American communist agitator from the 1960s and all of this Africa stuff was B.S. When that truth comes out, Obama is the national fool, the communists in Congress have their New World Order and Goldman Sachs owns the Treasury. Biden will have a mess on his hands. But.. he loves America and that's better than the status quo.
