This is a terrible crime and the father’s attitude is absolutely appalling, but I can’t believe you are suggesting that raping/shooting the children, yes children - the youngest was nine years old, who committed this crime is any sort of justice.
And when this “child” turns 18 or 21 and is set loose on the public with a clean record to rape and terrorise? What will you say to those victims? Sorry we had the little angel but we just couldn't bring ourselfs to do what was necessary.
Take those little creatures outside kneel them in the grass (I say grass because who wants to wash blood off a sidewalk) and shoot them in the head.

Old enough to do the crime, old enough to do the time.
I suppose you would suggest 6 months rehabilitation and he could be set back amongst us after his ‘schooling’ and really be a menace to society.
Or better yet, parole him to yourself or someone with your like state of mind and compassion.
After he does in your pets and threatens you and/or your children, you will be in the headlines....
