Thanks for the update. It definitely did not pass the “smell test” - especially when you further notice the proportionally-spaced font type that appeared no more valid on a 1961 document than CBS’s George Bush/ANG forgery was.

Busted!
The full background text, which is in Dutch, reads:
DIT IS GEEN GELDIG DOCUMENT VAN DE OVERHEID. DIT IS POLITIEKE COMMENTAAR. HIJ IS VOORZITTER VOOR MINSTENS DRIE EN EEN HALF VAN MEER JAREN. KEUR HET GOED. DIT ZAL NIET VERANDEREN.
Rough translation:
"This is not a valid government document. This is political commentary. He is President for at least three and a half more years. Get used to it, it's not going to change."

Proportional fonts were unreasonable for single-copy typed memos.
They were normal for mass-produced typeset documents & forms.
What’s not passing the smell test is the people he11-bent on dissing absolutely anything they come across on the subject, and doing so they look grossly ignorant in the process.

Yeah, except it’s apples and oranges. Unless you think the people who registered the births actually sat and typed this document, then wrote in the boxes?
Or possibly it came that way, from a printer?

By ‘printer’, I mean printshop, not computer printer.
