I guess we need to know what is meant by ‘sealed’. The Hawaiian law allows for the certificates to be seen or accessed under certain conditions, but as I understand it, a certificate which has been sealed due to adoption, cannot be accessed by that person.

That form of sealing is a routine matter ordered by a judge processing an adoption, not a governor in the midst of a presidential election.

Of course, if Zero had been adopted by Lolo Soetoro, then his name would be Soetoro, not Obama, presumably, and the short form he has given out would have to be a forgery, as would the form he presented to get his passport, etc. And Fukino, Okubo, and Lingle would be looking like very silly women for appearing to confirm the forgery. But it wouldn't affect his eligibility.

To change his name from adoption on his BC Hawaii would have to know about it.his wife Michele said he was adopted..why no media questions on that? . I do believe Obama on his return to Hawaii could change his name back to his original without a court name change by usage...but I'm not positive...
