One huge issue that needs to be pushed is the Charity Fraud issue. If Obama was not born at the hospital both Obama and the Hospital have a problem for using that letter to raise funds. Obama can claim he didnt know they were going to do that but he put the lie to paper.
How about this for some fun Ladies & Gentlemen:
1. A unnamed freeper living in Hawaii sees the letter from Obama congratulating the hospital as his birthplace. Based upon this letter, the Freeper donates $100 to the “birth” hospital.
2. A month later our Freeper is reading the internet and discovers that the letter from Obama may not be real. he/she now believes the donation was procured by fraud.
3. He/she sues in small claims court for the $100 back. As part of the suit, the Freeper subpoenas the original letter.
Want to bet the hospital returns the one hundred bucks before the court date?
The forms shown above were by serial number issued minutes before BHO’s, and the other dates line up close enough allowing for reasonable bureaucratic delays (like someone sat on it a little longer while deciding on a name). This almost perfectly verifies which hospital he was born at.
