Stefan Frederick Cook and his California attorney, Orly Taitz, have filed motions in U.S. District Court asking that Judge Richard A. Lazzara be removed from his case and seeking a rehearing on complaints Lazzara dismissed.

If Taitz tries to get every judge who dismisses her cases recused then she's going to run out of jurists.

Judge Lazzara has denied both motions as “frivolous and wholly without merit.” I think he did it on the same day that the motions were filed.
