Huzzah! :o)
Woo hoo!!!! Thank you Hulu!
I didn’t have cable when SG began.
Now that Hulu has the early years, I am about 1/2 way through season 1.
Hulu is great. I hope it manages to stay online — and keeps those old TV series available.
Now, if they’d only get the rest of Babylon 5 up. They’ve been promising more seasons for over a year now.
I had never seen more that a few minutes of any episode4 of SG1 before Hulu, figuring I was hopelessly behind, plot-wise and characterwise. up until about 3-4 months agop that I saw Hulu had posted the show from the first episode on. So I figured I’d give it a try, and ended up gobbling my way through the first 3 seasons (which is what they had posted at the time) Glad there was no gaps in the seasons, only to find that they had posted season 4 when I was down to Ep 20 of Season 3! SyFy may be airing eps of SG1 on their channel, but getting to see them all in order...priceless! ;)
I’d like that too. I’m still a bit fuzzy on what went down between the first commander and the second.
Even with a DVR, I can never find time to watch any TV, current or not. HULU has been my salvation. Whoever came up with it, they get my thanks...
Yay! That always was my favorite season =)
I finally got through all 10 seasons on DVD this year, plus almost all the available commentaries. Great show.
BTW, anybody have any comment on the new ‘Children of the Gods’ DVD that came out not too long ago? Brad Wright re-edited the pilot to remove the Sha’re nudity (since it was so jarringly inconsistent with the rest of the series), tighten up the pace, etc. They also took out Amanda’s “even though my sex organ are on the inside” line that she made fun of in ‘200’, LOL...
Not familiar with it. So, you recommend this ‘Children of the Gods’? How about a brief synopses of the show/series plotline?
Seasons 1 and 2 are up. So you can revisit that part at leasts. Season 3 is the one I’m really waiting for. I didn’t see that much of 4, and none of 5.
