Yes, that's right. However, custom car-painters do not claim a special status as "healers" or public servants, with a special knowledge of what's best for everyone, while doctors do.

Not all doctors are cosmetic surgeons. And not all cosmetic surgeons are engaged in vanity custom body work. And the latter guys clearly don't claim to be healers or public servants or claim to have a special knowledge of what's best for everyone, just how their expertise will give you what you want if you choose to engage them for their services.

The folks who claim a special status as a public servant with a special knowledge of what's best for everyone are not doctors; they are politicians, especially those of radical politics like Barack Obama and every other statist, whatever the flavor, who use your money not to give you what you want but to give you what they say you should want.
