I made those baked bacon/sausage rolls, stuff them inside with sauteed veggies (onions, peppers) for a family get together country breakfast (rolls, sausage gravy, fried potatoes, scrambled eggs, fresh melon and strawberries, coffee, gallons of OJ, etc.
They are wicked delicious.
My cholesterol numbers are always in the “perfection” range. I think it’s a genetic thing.
