So, let me get this right. Barney Frank would like to have Limbaugh give him some pain so he could relieve the pain by taking pain killers? That's supposed to be wit? Sounds like a sado-masochism to me, but I guess that's part of Mr. Frank's sexual deviation. Frank stopped growing mentally and spiritually the day he realized he'd prefer sniffing the junior high school football star's jockstrap to the prom queen's breasts.
The best comeback for Rush would be to tell the banking Queen he needs dental work on his anus, because that's where he speaks from. When his anus isn't busy entertaining a male prostitute, that is.

Rush should say that he would gladly offer Bawney the painkillers, knowing Frank has to deal with the headaches that accompany the running of prostitutes from his house in Georgetown.

Rush could meet ridicule with sincerity. For example, he could reply to Barney:
“Are you saying that if I had prescription narcotics, you would take them from me? That’s illegal. And your other problem is that I kicked the habit a long time ago. It sounds to me like you are trying to encourage relapse in a person with a history of opioid dependence as well as stating your intention to break the law by abusing prescription narcotics.”
Furthermore, you have the current climate surrounding Acorn’s problems with prostitution and then you have Barney’s history of allowing a prostitution ring in his home.
I would say he should be more careful than to stir up trouble like this.
“So now I have to supply Barney with pain killers? Next thing you know they’ll be taxing me to pay for the rest of his health care!”
