December 2009 BIG BIG NEWS
The Hennepin Custody Evaluator called today. He told us that he made numerous attempts to speak to Miss K. and on one call she hung up on him.
The Evaluators response was "That's enough for me. I am closing the Evaluation 'as-is' and returning it to the judge. ** WOO HOO**
The judge will now hopefully rule for permanent custody for us and Baby-Kay.
Please pray for this!!

12/10/09 *** PRAISE UPDATE *** We took Baby-Kay to Minneapolis Children's Hospital for an Ultra-Sound and a VCUG scan (like a "live" x-ray")
First: Both Kidneys are normal sized!
Second: There is no damage/swelling to her right kidney & ureter.
Third: Her left Kidney & ureter have only STAGE 2 "VesicoUretaral Reflux"
(1 is VERY minor, 5 requires emergency surgery)
Treatment will be a "light" once-a-day dose of Antibiotics for about 1 year to knock down/kill the E-Coli bacteria in her bladder and then redo the same 2 re-scans in 12 months
Lastly:The "reflux" and swelling should heal itself over time!!!

Our God is a mighty God.. and he has blessed us with a mighty group of warriors.
