A good boss celebrates the day by leaving his employees alone for the day. ;-)

I about freaked when I first saw that video this morning. I was still half asleep and it took a while for the good news of it to sink in.

a year or two ago, xsteen was friended by several of xshub’s employees on Facebook because she worked there for several summers. so last week xsteen said to me, you know these morons really should have thought of this before friending me, bc they had pix of themselves wearing PJs to the ofc. Someone had written on the wall, let me guess is XSHUB on vaca, and the response was you know us so well, xshub is driving xsteen down to school. Of course, we did not rat out xshub’s employees to him, but SERIOUSLY, what MORONS!

wasn’t just about everything an excuse for alcohol at lunch though? not at my ofc it is definitely verboten, though last week when i went out with some colleagues, we did remember that back in the OLDEN days we even had alcohol at our christmas parties. i don’t think, generally speaking, that it’s a good idea during a work day, just for professionalism’s sake.

That is anathema around here. We had bran muffins and fresh fruit. I bought pizza earlier in the week because it was National Case Managers’ Recognition week and I had to make certain there was a veggie option.
