...speak of the devil. They NEED this before amnesty; IMO it would be akin to a direct declaration of war [on the current citizenry] for the Congress to pass amnesty; I certainly can’t see it ending WITHOUT bloodshed.

If so, I can’t see a 2010 election going well... for ANYBODY. I believe those in-power would resist any sort of wholesale cleansing.
Don’t forget that US sovereignty will be signed away in December also to the global warming communist.
