Maybe she is diabetic and has an insulin pump. I have a friend who has one, she wears it in the back on the waist band of her skirt or pants. Maybe MO uses a pump and the wide belts keep the thing securely in place. It is just a thought, other wise I can’t see why she wears the awful belts with everything. She would look so much better if she didn’t wear a belt at all.
