I suspect that the most noticeable changes will be internal changes. People will be naturally selected for, resistance to stress, pollution and disease. I think a more gracile and racially mixed human will continue to evolve.

If we ever move beyond this planet I suspect we’ll find that we need certain induced genetic changes. Things like greater lung capacity, resistance to certain radiation, muscular changes.
It would tie us to any planet we settled on but in that sense we’re tied to this one due to our suitability to living on earth.
