You have NOT provided one scintilla of evidence that the Grand Escalante Staircase Monument was established due to Clinton's "hatred of the mormons"...or that the mormon church was a factor in any way in his decision.
If the coal that would provide a means of competition to the Rhiady cabal had been in Timbuktu, that's where Clinton would have put it beyond reach.

You may not be a mormon, but it appears that you have bought into the "we are soooo persecuted" mormon mantra. It would behoove you to actually do some investigation into the early mormon history and discover just how "persecuted" they really were...and WHY!

Utah and the Mormon church are obvious threats to statists and anybody who can’t see the reasons for that is blind. Utah is nearly self sufficient, Mormons keep a year’s supply of food on hand, the state could be sealed tighter than a drum at three or four points so that the only recourse the fed would have should that ever happen would be an assault landing at one of the airports and the whole national guard in Utah is Mormon, good luck..... Need more??
