Because white women are their trophy. No one knows the exact percentage for sure, obviously, but I would venture to guess that the majority are into possessing a white woman rather than anything to with being in love. It is the same as men with small penises buying a sports car to compensate.
Black women get pissed because they are not interested in white men by in large, so if all the black men go for white women they are left without the ability to hyphenate their last names.
